- Services and Standard Service Requests can be ordered in the Service Portal of Serviceware Processes.
- Within the Service Portal, you'll see the Column "Service Catalog" - juts click on this column to see all the Services and Standard Service Anfragen Requests that you are allowed to order due to your access rights within the Service Portal.
- Successful orders are handled like any other type of request within thé system - just click on the column "My requests" to see details and the actual status.
